We've all been in that position where we've woken up to a ringing phone in the early AM's with a voice on the other end of the call giving us that impossible 20 minutes to get up, shower, dress and beat that mug, am I right, can you relate? Okay good this will totally gonna make sense.
So here you see me in a 10 second outfit (mainly because this dress just came out of the washing and so it was the first thing on the pile of clean laundry and I had warn these heels the day before so they were already chilling out). Now I know it's fall but in Durban, every other day feels like spring, which means you can totally get away with wearing floral and the iconic wrap dress. This little blue floral Topshop number shop here was purchased in Saudi, but I have seen in stores here (fingers crossed you find it too, if you're on the hunt for it).
I've never been a VS angel in heels, but wedges sure as hell make me feel as though I've got wings, they're dead easy to strut in. I paired this strappy Mr. Price pair (shop here) with this dress mainly because I knew I'd be out the entire day and didn't want to deal with aching feet and tired legs (it made a small difference though because I literally slipped at least twice whilst at a mall, yes it was embarrassing but I still laughed pretty damn hard with every wobble new born step, the floors were so slippery!!). Another reason is because I felt that the powder blue of the dress complimented the brown from the wedges perfectly, do you agree?
Well that's it for this post, I hope you guys enjoyed it. I know it's a bit on the shorter side, but so I am and I've been called an absolute delight (I'm totally being sarcastic, all my teachers called me 'Trouble'). I hope you guys manage to find these items and found this post helpful, as always thank you so much you guys for giving my 2c a read, have a great Humpday!
